Pearce Primary is going GREEN!

The goal of our recycle program:
·       Help teach our students to GO GREEN and contribute to a cleaner environment
·       Raises money for our campus…all contents in classroom bins become part of the large recycling bin on the Pearce parking lot. For every ton raised, our campus receives $5.00.
·       Keep the trash cans clutter free and allow more room for other trash items
·       Teach students responsibility and good character as they develop the habit and understanding for recycling

Parent Pick up Procedures:

Parents are asked to park across the street, walk to the north end of the main building and wait in line  for your child.  If you drive in to pick up your child you will need to remain in your vehicle and turn the engine off until students are released.  A staff member will walk your child to the car.  PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR ANYONE ASSISTING A CHILD.  Parent Pick Up will move slowly until the staff becomes familiar with who belongs to which child.  Please be patient and know that we are taking care to ensure the children's safety.

Census 2010

Beginning March 14 the U.S. Census Bureau will be mailing out census forms to homes across America.  It is vital that your household participate in filling out these forms.  The data collected from these forms helps determine the amount of federal funds that can be given to schools, hospitals, job training centers, and many more institutions.
